• Air Leakage - No more than AAMA's prescribed level of air infiltration can leak past the window.

The wall structure is made with a treated aluminum extrusion.
This unique frame allows your sunroom to withstand higher wind speeds related to adverse weather conditions. The frame is also insulated with a 2-lb density thermal foam core, which provides you with maximum thermal performance.

Offered with each of Alligator's sunrooms is the option to have your glass treated with Diamon Fusion®, a revolutionary technology available only through Alligator Sunrooms, Inc. Diamon Fusion® is an environmentally safe, patented surface treatment that can be applied to your glass to make it water repellent, and scratch/impact resistant.

Normally, water clings to glass because of a molecular force called "surface tension," but after being treated with Diamon Fusion®, water molecules no longer interact directly with the glass. The Diamon Fusion® provides a protective layer that will smooth the glass surface. As a result, the glass will repel water and carry the dirt away with it. In the end, with Diamon Fusion®, you will end up with a cleaner sunroom that will require less maintenance.
